Just came across this video about what penetrant oil works best on rusty bolts. Thought it was something interesting to share, he's different as you may see but you'll learn a lot from his videos. AVE is his channel and I can never get enough. Of course not entirely scientific but results are interesting. Might help when we come across those nice-n-tight German bolts and nuts.

Interesting comparison. I would like to see numbers for a set of rusted ones with nothing applied.
