Yes! And they rock! I have them on my 544 (that's for sale) and they were the single most effective handling upgrade from stock. Make sure you get the correct bushings, too. Below the floor and ahead of the B-pillar, E34 sedans are the same as wagons.
...Actually, I believe these swaybars were only fitted to M5 Tourings.

Awesome, thanks man. It comes as a set, with OEM bushings and stuff. It's off a 3.8 nürn. sedan. I'm already on bilsteins front and rear, and lowering springs... Just these and a strut bar to go!
