Yaaa! Another F1 season officially begins.
Looks like teams have performed well during the two weeks of testing. Hopefully, 2018 will turn out to be a good year.
Waiting for F1TV like.....

ESPN3 is through WatchESPN. Either on your desktop or mobile app, or any other streaming device you have should have the WatchESPN app.

That would be funny if Mclaren are still struggling while TR are ahead in the standings.
I predict Williams and Sauber will be last.

Seems like merc, redbull and ferrari have similar pace. mclaren being close will be cool as well. Hope the super thug Vettel has calmed down.
Lol. We meat again!
Nnoooooooooooooo....
I'm really pulling for a McLaren resurgence, F1 needs more Papaya...

Also, does F1 have any rules against adding sponsors mid-season? Hypothetically, if McLaren comes out swinging and ends up consistently fighting for 4/5th, are they allowed to take on a big name sponsor and splash it across the side of their car?

Meh ... I don't like it. Looks cheesy if you what I mean.
F1 taking NBC's Paddock Pass with Will Buxton in house this year. 30min show twice a race weekend. People on reddit are wasting their time bitching about TV graphics and Halos. If this is a sign of things to come from Liberty, I'm on board:

Oh good, F1 covering and reporting on F1. I expect much critical thinking and discussion on Liberty's stupid decisions.
The only thing didn't like was the two commentators, the fat and the dummy, Paul DiResta is OK. Case in point the display they put in the car in the garage, talkug about a snow plow and couldn't see the driver. Well how they expect to put a monitor in the monstrosity of the halo?

Good grief the halos are hideous.
Merc has definitely dialed up the Q3 party mode.

ESPN really pissed me off - wall to wall commercials between qualifying rounds, and no post-qualifying analysis/discussion. I hope they introduce some of those things as the season progresses.
It’ll be interesting to see how they treat commercials tomorrow.
Will have to do that for Bahrain. They did the same thing after the race today - interview over, 30 for 30 begins. I’ll give NBCSN credit for at least having a post-race analysis.
If this is how Liberty wants to promote F1 in the US, an epic failboat will be arriving on their shores soon.
Race was decent, but ESPN's TV coverage was the worst I've ever seen. The pre-race show started with a static shot of a corner of the track for the first 15 minutes before ESPN decided to shoehorn in some basketball analysis while we were waiting.
Brundle's gridwalk was excruciating to watch. And no pre- or post-race analysis. What happened to Will Buxton?
Looks like ESPN paid for the world feed and slapped some bumper graphics on it. Terrible.
