No one can even begin to help you without some vehicle information and Nav CPU you have. What model/model year are you asking for and/or what Nav CPU? Most map information is no longer available (at least in North America). The last updates for the MK IV (DVD) navigation system was 2015. BMW discontinued all support for North America...and I had just picked up 2014 DVDs just prior to the annoucement for my 2006 e53 X5 4.4 (MKIV nav CPU):
I'm not sure if the same applies to the Middle East. Have you tried doing an internet search for auction or vendor sites in your region (like eBay, Amazon, Alibaba)? Again, make sure you know what type of nav system you have and if it uses CDs only or DVDs. Also know how to distinguish the nav maps for the older generation BMWs from the newer generation BMWs.
It may also be helpful if you look up the 11 digit BMW part nbr for the CD/DVD maps you need. If you go to one of the online part databases (see a few listed below)...enter the last 7 digits of your VIN...then go to the AUDIO-NAVIGATION-ELECTRONICS SYSTEMS area...you can click on the CD/DVD diagram to get the latest 11 digit BMW part nbr. Then you can shop the internet using the BMW part nbr that is specific for your car...this will help weed out the ones that DO NOT work with your Nav system:

Maybe the OP's inquiry is in lieu of venturing out to surrounding countries?Now my curiosity is piqued...I wonder when was the last time or how often roads are mapped and updated in regions/areas that are in political/social conflict...hmmmm?

NO I read his post on FB he trying to get dvd/Cd of iraq I dontthink oem made those if they did that is great
