Hi,

Because my 2014 328i (F30) has a manual transmission, I had to order it and wait, BUT it was well worth the wait and I really enjoy driving it!!

I am very interested in getting a model year 2019 3-series, either a 2.0L (330 equivalent) or 3.0L (340 equivalent), BUT what reports I have seen to date have a rather ominous outlook for those of us who like to use both feet on three pedals!

Now, I fully realize that those of us, who want manual transmissions are not that many anymore, BUT, at the very least, why can't BMW continue with what they have done to date -- allow us to special order a manual transmission?? While I guess it may make some business cents, it just doesn't make any sense from an enthusiast's perspective -- and I would hope that BMW still considers the 3 series and their tag line of "The ultimate driving machine" will include a manual transmission!

For what it's worth (with due apologies to "Buffalo Springfield")
