    Wheel spacers

Newbie here. I just installed some 18 inch staggered 107 wheels on my 2003 Sapphire Black 2.5 Z4. I would like to bring the wheels out some. What has most of the members done to their cars. Forgive me if this is a repeat topic.

I'm with you on this matter and just bought/installed 15mm hub centric ones on my z4.
    I love the look.

15mm, front and rear ? I have measured with a straight edge and ruler to the outside of the fender well. I have more space at the rear than at the front. I think 15's at front and maybe 20's possibly at the rear. What brand are you using and is there any rubbing? If I need to play it safe, 15 all 4 corners I suppose.

Yeah, I could have gone with 20mm in back.
I measured from the bead of the tire and came up with 15mm front and back? Who knows. I was just happy they looked better and don't rub.
    Brand name is Coyote.

If you are on stock suspension, spacing your wheels will make it look visually higher than it is now. I'd go with a conservative spacer or add some lowering springs if the car is not already lowered

As for specific size... measure it! Ideal fitment is different for every person and every set of wheels

I went to the Coyote Web site, I got a phising warning from McAfee. I'll look elsewhere. I will be conservative like bimmerbreaker says.

I put 15 on front and 20's on the rear, behind 107 wheels. The car has been transformed. I've noticed better stability , more positive steering and over all better handling. The black Sapphire Z4 looks fantastic and I've gotten a lot of compliments.

Check out the link below for reference. Great guide and overall info on wheel fitment and spacing/offset.
