Lower oil pan procedure

I just bought my X5 a week ago, and I've got a sudden P0011 code along with horrible timing chain noise. I need to open it up to see what's going on. I have searched for days and cannot find any form of instruction on how to properly pull and install the lower oil pan.

Well the common noise would be at the front upper timing cover area, timing can rails, on 740's the fault I believe is 0012. But the lower pan its just bolts in less the subframe is in the way, I can't remember
