1989 jdm m-tech 2 e34

Well went a bought an e34 jdm car from Canada. Finally got it imported, and now driving it around.
Had a question on the euro cluster. I noticed when I first start the car I can only see half of the pixels in the bottom
part of the cluster. But once the car warms up all of the lights; pixels come back on. How do I fix this?

Cluster capacitors need to be replaced. There is a DIY somewhere on it.
