I installed BC Racing V1 end January on my 2006 E90 330i. Spring rates according to BC Racing is 8k front and 12k rear. Front is 15 clicks from full hard, rears are 17 clicks from full hard. The first week if was pretty soft, the second week it all started to really firm up. I have not done any damping adjustment yet eventhough its pretty 'firm' but not harsh or skittish.
I am using the original BMW topmounts. May have to soften then damping later.
