Hello all, there was some interest in an intake manifold removal guide in the 'What did you do buy your Z3 this week?' thread, so here it is in its initial form. I apparently did not get all of the pictures I thought I did, so there are some incomplete portions. I apologize in advance for this. I hope this helps anyone who has to do this type of thing.
One of my goals with this was to have a cohesive document that shows the process in a format that won't get ruined. A couple of the tutorials out there are in forum threads and don't have pictures anymore (Photobucket).
I would be happy to take any suggestions to make this document better. So, here it is (too big to attach to the post):

P.S. I know the frustration that broken dropbox links can cause, so I will attempt to preserve this file and I will put any updates in the main post.
Ah, memories of bloody knuckles and smelling like gasoline for a few hours (one of my injectors popped out of the fuel rail during removal). My 2.8 did like the M54B30 manifold/DISA swap though; it was definitely a worthwhile upgrade.
Broken links are frustrating, but dropbox is a blocked site from my work computer. I'll check it out later from home though (I would have loved a DIY...took me probably 3 hours longer than it should have working by feel).
