KW gets great reviews worldwide....here on "sale " for z owners

    just a FYI

I have heard most folks love these.....but still a bit under the radar here in US vs say GC or TCK at same/similiar price point

I know a few trackers that run the Comp kit...and their cars are really rock solid.

In the VW/Audi world, these have been a go-to setup for a long time.

Great stuff, though keep in mind the V2s are not truly "height adjustable". You add/remove preload to change your static sag, which results in a ride height change that corresponds with a difference in stiffness.

Yes, they have adjustable spring perches, as does every other option out there. Harvey has apparently been sucked into the anti-physics world where springs magicly change their rate depending on the perch position that is put forth by the marketeers selling universal Chinese crap.

ha...I figgered..but I was wondering how he could be so very wrong...lol

and I too was wondering y and how lowering would affect the rate.....I assume sprgs are NOT progressive but that is poss.

...most coilover set ups are linear.

anyhew I do know that KW Comp kit is something Im pursuing for an e30 track set up...it gets really good reviews.

I have KW V1 on my coupe. The shocks are very Koni-like. The springs, at least the rears, are progressive. One of these days when I have no other pending projects or customer cars, I would like to map the rates of these and the stock springs.
