Crank no start with fuel & spark issue

Hi,
I’m scratching my head with this issue...
I parked my car couple of weeks ago in the garage and can no longer manage to start it...
I think what could have started issues is battery drained. I fully recharged the batteries, fuel is not too old (2months old). After preliminary troubleshooting i have spark (i pulled a plug to check) and fuel (spark plug i pulled was wet & +12V confirmed at the fuel pump fuses). It doesn’t seem to even cough or partial start.
Any idea?

That sounds like a flooded engine - but you do not state the model year as this is not relevant to the M62 and M70 and more relevant to the M60:
