FS: 1995 E36 M3 hail damaged 3200

1995 m3 silver on black lux package 5 speed w/ 136k miles. Car is located in Denver, CO.
I am the third owner and have owned the car for 10 years. I have receipts for all work done under my ownership. Mechanically it needs nothing but new windshields and tires. Title is marked as total loss (not salvage) all damage from the storm is cosmetic. 3200 is what I bought it back from the insurance company for. I don't have the time or space for a track car and just want it to go to a good home. Willing to ship at buyer's expense.

The bad
-Hail dents
-needs F and R windshields
-power steering has the standard e36 leak
-Right rear shock tower has single crack (It was end-drilled and had reinforcement plates put in when i bought it in 2006 and it has not grown or gotten worse in 50k miles, pictures available)
-needs tires
-missing foglights/front bumper is in rough shape (still has all brake ducting, underpanel etc.)
-was rear ended 4 years ago, no actual problems from this just paint and bumper shock replacement. It was minor and fully documented with additional pictures if requested.
Extras
AFE intake uninstalled, oem car cover, DIS cd, bentley manual and a few spare oil filters.
