    Danger's garage sale. I have a problem. Style 20 Wheels, DMEs, coilover sleeves, low

    ** WHEELS SOLD, DINAN DME SOLD, E34 LOWERING SPRINGS SOLD, E34 HEADLIGHTS SOLD, E21 STEERING WHEEL HUB SOLD, COIL SLEEVES SOLD** I have a large amount of stuff I'd like to sell to clean up room in the garage (and house).

    Some aren't worth a much $, but I can't bring myself to throw out away. So, within reason feel free to make me an offer, I'd rather see something love on than go to the trash.

    I thought I should share with the e34 community first, but these will go up for sale in eBay within the week.

    E30 m10 EFI manifold and fuel rail. Good for converting e21 or 2002 to an EFI setup. $130 for all.





    Late e21 kidney grills. Black ones dinged up and painted. $20 Chrome is in pretty good shape, but needs cleaning. $30

    Full set of 5 OEM FORGED AND STAGGERD THROWING STARS. Quick sale $1000. Not negotiable.
    17x8, 17x9.
    9" are Chrome
    8" were painted, but I've started stripping them down and polishing the lips to make them 'match' the rear chrome.
    Throwing star inserts are OEM magnesium and in EXCELLENT condition. Repainted to a dark grey OEM BMW color (can't recall the color code now). Have most of the mounting hardware for the covers (I think something like 16 of the 20 bolts).

    Tires are in good shape, but are a bitch to ship so I'll remove them before shipping. Shipping will be approx $200 to the upper 48.

    E28 160mph speedo showing 215k, odometer gears working. Rebuilt with odometer gears from garagistic. Everything works.

    I'm interested in the property springs. Do you recall what rates they are? Do you have the slip ring that keeps them aligned with the main springs?

    Also, I don't think helper springs have a spring rate per say. The function is to take up slack when the suspension unloads to keep the rates springs from falling out of the spring hat.

    Maybe I am mixing them up with tender springs. Those have a 150 or 275 spring rate, so it's like having progressive springs on a coilovers.
    Either way, I have springs that don't center at full droop, so I have to hold them in place when I drop the car to keep them from hanging up on the shock.
    May also be interested in the 12" 550# springs.

    I had to go and measure my rear suspension to see if the 12" springs would fit(they do). I'm running GC coilovers, but I have custom Koni's and the last replacement one I got (they don't seem to last more than a couple years and just a couple hundred miles) has a much lower sleeve mounting height. The longer springs will address that.
    How much for the helpers and the 12" 550s shipped to 06062?

    The helper springs are $10/pair and the 12" springs are $30, plus shipping? If I get the 12" springs, I won't need both sets of helper springs. The long springs will fix my rear spring issue.     No problem. I expected about $20 in shipping. It may be more... I'd do, I'll cover it. If it's less, I'll refund the difference.

    I needed a little more time to mull things over. I now feel the 12" springs are just too long for my setup. I think they'll actually rub against my tires if I used them. So I'm just going with the helper springs for now. I'll send you money over the weekend.

    I picked up the 179 DME with Dinan chip and am quite pleased with the improved throttle response, driveability...

    And the excellent service of our neighbor and fellow hoarder! He was very quick to respond and ship the requested item, and a real pleasure to work with.
