5-speed manual transmission

I am the 3rd owner. I bought it 2 years ago from the second owner who owned it for 12 years. I have a spreadsheet of all work done since 2004 and a folder with almost every receipt. Some of the bigger ticket items include: New clutch 50k miles ago and new factory sport shocks and struts 70k miles ago. Synthetic oil changes approximately every 5k miles. Within the last two years, the following have been done: Akebono euro ceramic brake pads (front and rear); DISA valve; Pre-cat oxygen sensors; New NGK spark plugs; Airbag Recall and clutch slave. Fresh NJ Inspection valid through April 2020. I can provide a link to the full spreadsheet upon request.
Factory options:
Widescreen navigation
Rear sunshades
Sport package (17” BBS Style 42 wheels; sport suspension)
Fold down rear seats and ski bag
Upgrades:
Euro dash and armrest
Hella angel-eye xenon headlights
MK4 DVD navigation unit
Updated sport steering wheel
Heated Sport Seats (2001 sport pkg did not include sport seats)
Cosmetic issues:
A deer ran into the drivers side in May 2016. There is a dent on both driver side doors. I replaced the sideview mirror with the euro version and reinstalled the mirror cover with black silicone. (The deer ran away.) An Aston Martin rear-ended the car in June 2017. There is a small hole in the rear bumper cover and some paint loss. The front windshield rubber trim is disintegrating. Otherwise, the car has chips and scratches that you would expect on a 17-year old car. The paint shines nicely when clean.
Mechanical issues:
The CCV is on its way out. I purchased the cold-weather version of the CCV and the related hoses. I also purchased a thermostat and water pump as preventative maintenance items. If I don’t install these parts myself, they will be included in the purchase price.
Electronic issues:
Airbag light is on due to the drivers seat sensor. I have a drivers-side sport seat to install that should fix the issue, but I need to fix the typical E39 seat twist before installing it. The backlight for the odometer is dim.
Overall, this is a fantastic car that I would not hesitate to drive anywhere. It drives much stronger and tighter than I would expect from a car with 199k miles.
Asking $3250/obo.
