Hi all,
I just had windshield replaced on my 2011 F11 now wipers won't work. Also error message comes up on the screen WINDSCREEN WIPERS POSSIBLE IMMINENT FAILURE. Anyone was in similar situation??

Who ever put the windshield in I would take it back so they can check their work

You should have a sensor under your rear view mirror attached to the windshield. Make sure its plugged in.
Would you know if said company removed the cowl to change the windshield? If so they could have disconnected your wiper motor, like mentioned above, take it back to them.
It could be that the company isn't responsible for it and your motor went bad on its own, just at the same time.

Car is at the garage now and when connected to the computer to find a fault nothing is coming up. Basically car isn't responding at all so seems like there's more issues now that it seemed. Fella in the garage never seen anything like this before so I don't even know what to do. To bring car to authorized BMW mechanic would cost me a fortune but I guess that's my last hope

If this was an insurance job, the insurance company guaranties the work of the windshield installer.
