If you read what your photo says, the computer is intentionally retarding timing to keep your cats hot. So there is probably nothing wrong with your cam sensor, it is reading correctly.
You should make sure you have good gas in the car. You can also smoke test the vacuum system for leaks. If you oxygen sensors have more than 60k miles, then replace the two pre-cat sensors. Also, remove you ignition coils and shine a light down to the spark plugs to see if there is oil down there, if there is then you need a new valve cover gasket. While your there you can remove your spark plugs to see if they need replacing.
