FS: Z3 Bass roadster subwoofer box

I purchased this subwoofer box several years ago and never used it. It fits in the oddments box behind the front seats. If I remember correctly it was made by a company called Z3 Bass. It is set up to fit a 6 x 8 sub (I suspect, but am not certain, that it could it some 6 x 9's as well). Comes with a bag of miscellaneous hardware that came with it.

If you think this will fit in the oddiments box for a 1999 M Roadster that had the factory Harman Kardon sub in it (factory roll bars), do you have dimensions? I'll take it if it fits, please let me know, it'd be nice to get the trunk back!! Hit me up on PM....
