Angry E39 Blower Motor Non- Stop - FSU Replaced

Trying to figure out, besides pulling fuses, how to get the AC/Heater blower to stop blowing.
Have had to disconnect my battery since the blower won't stop even when the key is taken out and I have had the FSU replaced and it's still doing it.
Not wanting to take to a dealership (Single girl walking in with no idea what is wrong with her car $$$$$$$$$) and I'm told it MAY be the Head Unit Controller - Has anyone experienced or figured out how to fix this issue?
    Thank you!

    Was it an ebay FSU?

Possible that the IHKA panel may be at fault.

Wasn't Ebay, but it was an after market from what I'm told.
Sorry, Do you mean the panel/ unit that displays and has the heat, fan, AC buttons?
Pulled fuse 9 and the blower turned off, allowing me not to have to disconnect my battery. :/
    Thanks!!!

Either the FSU you received is bad as well or the IHKA panel is bad. FSU is way more common but a bad HVAC panel (the unit with the temperature controls and display) have been known to go bad as well. Both only take 5 minutes to replace.

    Cool

Thank you so much for the info! I appreciate the responses as I am not a car gal (Although I look cute in the car. HA!) and trying not to get reamed by the dealership or mechanic!

F9 removes power from the HVAC control panel which also stops the panel from sending the control voltage (2-8 volts) to the FSU. Looks like the HVAC panel is bad.
See if there are any junk yards near you, the panel is easy to remove and replace.
