Hi all,
Starting to build this car as a full SCCA Touring 3 race car. The class is very stock oriented, but I can remove emissions components. Wanted to get inputs on the value of EGR delete, air pump delete, other stuff to pull of the car to help make power. Or, does coding out these components do the job just as well? The classified weight is 3,200 pounds so pulling these for weight isn't a priority.
Any other T3 suggestions appreciated!
Cheers,
Ben
I've been considering going this same build route for SCCA and also some enduro stuff. So I'll keep an eye on how you progress!

So did the exhaust upgrade. Had a shop cut out the cats on the header and weld in a pipe, removed the secondary cats and resonator. Has a ok sound with the stock muffler, borderline tinny fart can. Definitely a noticeable increase in power and no bad smells. Car is T3 legal.
so what low buck muffler option should I look at?
Cage and sway bars, lsd this winter and it’ll be ready. Already has coil overs.
Not much else I can do in T3!

Ps the exhaust work all in was $1300
Magnaflow muffles are pretty popular. Lots of sizes, lots of options (inline, offset, etc). Many around $100.
