When i purchased my car it had an airfoil on the driver side wiper blade. Any of the replacements I have tried only stay in contact with the glass in one direction and it drives me nuts. Anyone have a favorite blade or remedy for this? Took three sets of blades back. Would have loaded refills if I knew lack of a foil would be a big issue.

It will be #11 here:
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...diagId=61_1065
And from our forum sponsor:

Now if you still have the original frames and just want to replace the rubber it will be #12 and #13 above.

Thank you for the info. Those blades look very similar to the TRICO Force blades. It is possible that there as some type of aftermarket product on the car hen i purchased it and I was ignorant to that. It is interesting that the 5 series actually has a spoiler or air foil available.

You can also get the Bosch replacements, and they are 394S. On the drivers arm, there should be a plastic piece about halfway down that is supposed to stabilize the blade #9 above link. I have seen those removed to be able to accommodate the Evo Blades.

I am a fan of PIAA wiper blades and replacements they actually for years as they're made with silicone and graphite. They don't dry out compared to everything else made with rubber.
