I would like to transfer the driver and passenger side front doors from my 93 325i to my 98 328i because they are in much better shape, and because all of the window motors work. I have 2 sets of keys for each car, so I don't plan on switching the door locks. Before I take the doors of the cars I would like to know if I would have wiring issues such as central locking or window motor relays.
Thanks.

1998 might have airbags in the door. 1993 probably does not.
I am not sure about USA market for those things.
Airbags, maybe speaker wiring
Since you have the sedan you don’t have to worry about it however for coupe/vert if I’m not mistaken the 93 model had the comfort control wiring for the window drop in the lock in the door versus the catch in the pillar.
Your '93 will absolutely not have airbags, your '98 probably does. The '93 also has the Door Open Switch mounted inside of the door latch, the '98 has this switch in the striker post.
The airbag issue will cause the SRS light to remain on because the SRS is going to poll for components that do not exist in the configuration you are planning. Your car may or may not have issues with the Door Closed Switch, and the ripple affect that will arise from moving it. I'm not sure where this will go, but it's worth knowing that it might go somewhere.
