1995 m3 turbo best 1/4 = 12.00@123 (mad tire spin) 11.5psi (sold)
Bought my 1st e30 in 1985. 325e Alpine on black. Comfort seats. Proceeded to buy two other brand new e30's a 87 325is and a 93 325 iC. Over the next 35 years, I've owned 24 Bimmers. e36 verts, e46 330i, no 5ers, ever, just never liked them much. Had a couple e21s for awhile, one track ready.
A few Ford trucks, and other cars at times, but mainly always had 2-4 Bimmers, usually... running.
My story is that when I was 4, my neighbor had a Dakar Yellow E36 M3, I used to hate it so much, especially with the boxy dimensions (I was/still am a RX7/R33/S2000 fan). It's only until now that I like boxy cars like the E36 or AE86 (gave up on the latter, way too many shady people).
2002 735i for me. Always been a fan of bmw but never got my s&@t together to buy one. Finally I decided it was time and bought top of the line. Controversy always follows with this model but I think that’s why I love it so.
New e65 735i 2002 seven owner with the classic N62 issues.🥴
I do most of my own work and mods.😎
1971 2002 bought used in the summer of 1974. Needed rotors, naturally.
'92 325is. Bought in 2002. 17 years later, I still have it.

glad to see a bunch of, er, experienced bmw owners here.....me too.
learned how to drive on mom's new 73' 2002. first one owned was soon thereafter, a 75' e12 530i.
My first was a 93 325i which I bought in 2003~. Still own it, was a daily driver for 12+ years, then it turned into a track rat. It's been good to me over the years though has cost me a ton of $$. It's now turbo'd (been doing that for the past 12 months in the backyard). Also bought a 91 325i earlier this year for my 3yo daughter learn to drive in when she's old enough...till then, it'll be stored away and tinkered with to bring it somewhat up to original condition and fix all the minor issues.
My first and still only BMW 228i

My family had BMWs for decades and I was the only one who had not been won over - too cheap. LOL Well, in 2017, I started out with a new 320i Coupe BMW. I have enjoyed it. However, I have just ordered a BMW 440i xDrive Coupe with custom assemblies. I am thrilled and cant wait to drive that V6!! I am a newbe here and this is my first post. Looking forward to the BMW family.

Mine was my E39 528i, I drove that thing everywhere and it didn’t miss a beat. It’s still my favorite generation of bmw
1968 1602. The owners manual stated a top speed of 100mph and an "all-day cruising speed" of 96mph! Great car with nothing in it. No tach, no radio, no sunroof and roll-up windows. It was great!
Cheers,
Bill

First BMW was an impulse purchase after I drove it at the dealership with a new 1995 325i with sport package which I still own to this day. Currently refreshing the interior, auto-to-manual swap with M3 tranny and final drive, DYI turbo is also being installed and will be boosted to 15-16 lbs. and should provide 400hp and 350-390 torque to the back wheels. I know this is modest to most of you boosted BMW owners, but that's all I want.
