Stewart water pump is highly recommended. Behr Z3M radiator or better. If in the budget get the Zionsville fan shroud with metal expansion tank. You’ll need to ask for offset fan mounting for s/c setups. Refresh your hoses (OEM) and thermostat / housing.
Run a push/pull fan setup. OEM front aux with a Spal puller. Delete the mechanical fan either way.
Get all the belts, pulleys and tensioners fresh now. They are very difficult to do once the charger goes in.
Is the electric puller fan to reduce parasitic drag? Or does it cool better too?
I have an overhauled cooling system already, but the fan isn’t electric
My tensioner & pulleys have tight clearances. Trying smaller pulley on the tensioner. Dayco makes a nice 74mm (2mm smaller)

Metal instead of plastic. I like it.
I have the RMS pack list, install instructions for the aftercooler and supercharger as well as a few pics of belt routing etc. Shoot me your email if you'd like them sent to you.

Thanks, I am still seeking RMS instructions, they have been “unhelpful”.
Water wetter, good idea
I have a used Nic G tuned ECM
I doubled down on cooling enhancements.
-new radiator
- new water pump
- new head gasket
- electric fan
I see PNW in your title. I’m flying to my dads in Renton Thursday. Then driving down to Bend for the weekend. I hope it’s not raining
Much appreciated with the RMS instructions.

Small world, I'm in the Portland area. just sent you the instructions, have a good trip!
I wouldn't do the head gasket just because. Put the kit on and run it, I've run tens of thousands of supercharged miles on factory head gasket. Worst case is you need to replace it in the future some time

Wonder how long my clutch will live ?
I think I’m going to pack up all these bits & save them for winter, maybe a few years from now. Just can’t stand being without the car for the installation. I need two M3s

Before you pack them up can you do me a favor and tell me the length and fitting size of the oil feed line? I think it would be -4AN? RMS wants $195 for a new oil feed assy. I only need a new line...
Thanks
K. I’m in Bend. Will be back home Monday

gracias! should be a nice weekend down there!
I ordered the turbo feed line with -4 an fittings from Rally Road. I haven't installed my kit yet, but the line appears to be about 2' long. I'm planning on using their vanos banjo bolt for oil supply and then using the 1/8" to -4 an adapter for the feed on the SC. All in, it was about $65.
Side note, I just PM'd you about getting the install instructions for the RMS kit.
Looks good. I like the catch can placement and routing.

Relocation brackets?
I see I need to relocate cruise control and Power Steering stuff. Anyone have pics of these brackets ?

There are no relocation brackets for cruise control and RMS available. You either have to delete cruise (it really isn't that big of a loss) or relocate it yourself. The cable is just bicycle brake/shifter cable so you can extend it if needed.
Power steering reservoir just needs to be moved closer to the block. A piece of steel flat stock with holes set to your desired location is all it needs.
Deleting cruise control doesn’t generate any annoying codes?

Car isn't smart enough to know the cruise control is gone. Not a CANBUS system...

Cool. On less thing under that cramped hood

Well. Now that I’m ready to install I’ve decided to get divorced, sell my home and buy a Porsche 911. So I’ll be selling this setup when I get it unpacked. Perhaps the M3 too

Bump.
I bought this kit from OP last fall and finally getting around to installing it. Just a few questions.
I'm going with a catch can instead of the check valve. So I block off the big hose supposed to go to the check valve?
Does this use a bypass valve? If so, where is it plumbed?
Do I need to tap into the brake booster vacuum line? It's hard to see in pictures.
I broke the oil feed line connection to the supercharger. Where can I find a new one? Just contact vortech?
The oil return is just going back to the dipstick? My dipstick had a port that was hooked to the oem check valve thing under the intake. Can I just drain into that?
What size and type of fitting do I need for that oil return line? There's several holes with plugs along the bottom of the unit, just use whichever is most convenient?
Thanks.
