HELP 2008 535xi vacum noise battery drain

My 08 536xi ( 68k miles ) is making a loud vacum noise from under the hood and I feel a lot of air coming out , the car keeps going into engine malfunction mode and giving me the codes p3198 which is coolant temp sensor and p115e , also when I shut the car off there is a humming noise coming from under the hood that keeps coming on and off which is causing my battery to drain then my car alarm starts to go off I can’t shut it off untill I disconnect the battery or it completely dies. Does anybody have any insight on this problem please let me know ASAP

Coolant level. Have you bothered to check it?

That humming noise could possibly be a vacuum leak. It was also accompanied by low coolant. I just replaced my valve cover (the diaphragm on the n54 isn’t serviceable) and vent hose on my 528xi

It was a $1200 job. I chose to do it myself.
