This is one of those "hate to sell it" posts. I really need an SUV, and this 3-Series just isn't practical for me; it's too nice and in too good condition to be put through what my car necessities are. It's excellent in every regard: super low (just over 70K) miles, fully serviced, nothing amiss nor non-functioning; perfect, clean title (currently financed). No rips, tears or wear in the interior (I regularly condition the leather); very few blemishes in the paint but none of them very noticeable. No CEL, no warning lights. Small, minor rash on the FL wheel lip (thanks, LA valets!). I'm very happy for you to have a mechanic or PPI look at it (at your expense), everything works perfectly.

In the 16 months I've owned it:
Mobil 1 oil change;
BMW service recall Takada airbag replaced;
BMW service recall SULEV valve cover gasket replaced;
New rear brake pads & sensor;
New M3-style wheels (knock-offs);
New NGK iridium spark plugs;
New battery;
Cabin filter;
Wiper blades;
Windshield surround rubber trim;
RR TPMS (new);
only put 8000 miles on it
