Hello all,
I have a 1986 sedan which, according to the VIN on REALOEM, should use bulk hose for the rack to reservoir and reservoir to pump power steering hoses. Does anyone know the length of 16x22mm and 12x18mm hose needed for those two connections? I don't have a hose cutter on hand so I'm hoping to get it cut when I pick it up, and it's -25 outside right now otherwise I'd measure it up myself.
Thanks!
drive it home without the power steering and fix it when it gets warmer. :-)
I think I bought 1m of each and figured it was just enough to do 2 cars. 60cm @ should be plenty

Just buy hose cutters, they're very cheap and are very handy to have.
or just do like noted in the first reply and drive without ps for now. a lot of people remove it anyways because the feeling is hardly different.
No e30s again.
