530xi on CL for $7k - good deal or not 200k

Looking at this high milage wagon 530xi on CL here in Denver and I see that they've done a lot of work however it has 200k on it. This is the ad: http://************/yaqdlbrb

2006 BMW 530 AWD Wagon (xiT) - $7000 (Near downtown Golden)

This is a very clean BMW 5 series wagon with all wheel drive, in excellent shape.

It has heated steering wheel and all seats, panoramic moon-roof, power everything, leather and lots more that you expect from a BMW.
I bought this with 182k miles on it less than 3 years ago and made many major repairs to make it a well running reliable vehicle. It means many of the components have only 20k miles or less, including the transmission! I've been taking it to Paddocks for most of the repairs, they know their BMWs! I'm selling because I recently bought a truck. I think I encountered and fixed all the major problems these cars are known for. My loss can be your gain.

    Recently replaced:
-Cylinder head bolts, head gasket, spark plugs, valve cover gasket, oil stand gasket ( The head bolts are known to break, leading to large oil leaks. They were replaced by someone who has done the job a dozen times and knows how to make the more reliable than the factory. Condition report of the valve train and cylinder bores is excellent. Valves were clean and factory cross-hatching marks still visible on the cylinder walls. $2400)
-alternator, coolant tank, water pump (all OEM parts. This is an electric water pump, so a failing alternator can burn up a new pump with voltage spikes. $1476)
-Replace transmission, rear main engine seal, brakes and wheel bearings (transmission replaced with a fully rebuilt model. Good for another 140k miles, very smooth shifting now. $5287 from AC Transmission)
    -Air Conditioner Compressor ($1200)
    -windshield
    -radiator hoses, fan switch
    -Front control arm bushing
    -Synthetic oil changes, air filter
-Mud and Snow Tires 15k miles ago from Firestone run flat
What do you think? Have they covered all the bases for it to be a reliable vehicle for a few more years ?

From my experience, it will need a new tranny if it hasn't gotten one already. The ZF trans just doesn't last.
