X5 2002 No Audio

Hello I have a BMW X5 2002 recently my radio stopped working it does have power but I’m not getting any audio I checked all 3 fuses ( glove box & trunk panel ) & they are all good not sure what to check next , are there any fuses on the Amp itself ?

The first step is to check the car’s voltage. The amp may be receiving a voltage that’s too low. Also, turn the audio system on for a few minutes and feel the amp. Is it warm or stone cold?

The amp gets 12VDC at all times. It receives a 12VDC “turn on” signal from head unit when the head unit is on. Without that signal the amp does nothing. Lastly, check the fuse chart to make sure you’ve checked all applicable fuses. Recheck them with a volt/ohm meter to be sure.
