Looks great! 345mm rotor?
You can probably fit 360mm under the wheels.
No, only 332mm rotors. Unfortunately, this is the biggest Brembo setup for the e31.

European CSIs use 345mm rotors with the 4 piston Brembos. I believe that’s why he asked, Ive seen some people do that swap.
Not Brembo Calipers on the Euro CSis. Those cars use ATE clampers.

Good to know
I could build you a 360mm brembo set up.
Thanks for the offer, but I’m content with I have now.

O baby! I love the combo! Can't wait to see it all installed!
Wow... With the 10mm spacers, the Hartges/tires (at least in the front) will protrude beyond the fenders. That’s the reason I wanted a more or less plug and play setup. Definitely not a very good look. 3 or 5mm spacers will be needed for the front setup as with the mock-up now, there is about 3-4mm of clearance between caliper and wheel. As with the mock-up now and with the outside brake pad resting on the rotor, there is minimal clearance. Once the calipers are mounted onto their brackets, they will push out the calipers about 3mm or so. Definitely too close for comfort.

They come as a 2 piece Rotor/caliper kit. If one were to buy a pair of new 2 piece hats and rotors from Brembo, they will probably cost about $1200 a side, so about $2400 for the front setup. The complete 2 piece hat/rotor BBK kit will set you back about $3400. Definitely not worth it to but the 2 piece rotors by themselves.

I am looking for a BBK that does not require spacers for my Hamann PG1 wheels
The Brembo BBK’s would be your best bet. There is a e31 specific kit, but it is the same kit that also fit the older 5, 6, and 7 series cars. There are a few other BBK manufactures that make application for the e31 also. Personally, I would stick with the storied Brembo brand and how much more esthetically pleasing they are compared to other BBK’s.
These are the 2 Brembo kits that would fit our 8’s: 1B1.7009A- GT1 calipers with 332x32mm 2 piece rotors (slotted only). 1B4.7001A- GT1 calipers with 332x32mm with 1 piece drilled rotors. I have this same kit on my 88 M6.
As for the OZ made Hamann PG1’s and how they fit with the Brembo BBK, I think the caliper/rim clearance will be greater than my setup. The PG1 and the Hartge type C’s (also OZ made) are essentially the same wheels except for the rim centers. The Hamanns have crowned centers that will probably create more space for caliper/wheel fitment, so spacers are not probably not needed. On my Hartges, the centers are slightly concave thereby creating less caliper clearance space. I’ll play it safe just in case and will be adding a 3 or 5mm spacers.

I have CSI brakes laying on the shelf. Just need new rotors but they are darn expensive and also the calipers are so heavy.
The discs are 345x32

I bet that if you would run discs from a 5 series it would not need spacers
