Thanks! We have a lot we're still getting organized and listed to the site, including E34 and certain engine specific tools for rental. So check in with us often!

I like to think I'm Kirk.

    A bigger nerd!

Yea we will have the buckets for the Hella BiXenons and we are debating offering to modify peoples housings for TSX retrofits.

TSX is a waste of time when the mini h1 is so much easier and cost effective ( when you consider time involved) However the hella setup is more your type of product.

Well I have nothing in particular in mind, just interested in what you guys can come up with. I've seen the thread on how to retrofit the TSX projectors and I'm not really keen on it. Maybe you can replicate what was done on E32's with Xenon lights?

Good luck with this, Greg. You've been a help to many here with your custom, err "bespoke" solutions.

You could give the M60 guys an alternative and competitive source for the Jaguar Eaton M112 intake manifold to B40 heads adapters, idler & blower mount kits...just saying.

See https://squaredmotorwerks.com/. I've used this Mini H1 setup for 3-4 years now and it definitely hits the price/performance sweet spot for me. It's not quite a bolt on - it requires some trimming of the inside of the headlight housings.

One thing I'm sure you guys will consider is a nice way to secure the ballasts. That's one thing about my setup that's still lacking - my ballasts are just nestled in with some wiring, not secured to anything in particular.

We have something similar but since its using pretty high end components its not cheap. Uses Hella BiXenon projectors in custom buckets.

Will see if we can't come up with a more price competitive solution using other components.

We're already doing exactly this, its such a good cost effective option for people.

Thanks for the link, on the Hella setup we use OEM e39 brackets that mount to our assembly. We can certainly make a nice option for ballast mounts.

Great feedback everyone, keep it coming and keep visiting the site as we are going to be constantly updating!

I'm using theirs as well, very pleased. Not to derail too much, but my ballasts are tucked under the headlight 'box'--more or less behind the foglights, attached to the side of the valance. There are a few handy holes already drilled there, and it's quite a sheltered spot. Only issue is that you need to get under the car to service them.

Happy to do the interior handle lights, issue with this has been it requires either sending in your handles, an exchange or the customer doing the cutting and bonding. I think sending in your handles may be the best solution. Will refine this a bit and get you guys some updates.

Nice to see a specialist niche being taken care of by enthusiasts.

Ive got Brendan Waterman’s Cad plans for the offset roll centre blocks which just bolt directly in so we can run an extra 1.75deg of negative camber without needing camber plates. 2 versions v1 for e32 & e34. V2 for e24 & e28. I been running a set on my e24 for past 4yrs or so. May be a good thing to offer enthusiasts.

Angry ass lol sounds like an internet male sex toy store I go to lol.
