What high mileage expenses should I worry about in my 2012 550?

I bought my 2012 with the intention of miling it to death as my daily driver and bought an extended warranty with another 4 years on the powertrain with that in mind. I really do love the car and knock on wood my N63 seems to be one of the good ones but what about non warranty stuff like the M Sport suspension just wearing out? Am I looking at $10k hits for future suspension maintenance, cooling system. I an still under 60k miles but this thing needs to last me well over 100k and there is so much more technology on this compared to my old E39. I have made my peace with N63 reliability but will this car be a money pit on the normal car upkeep issues?

Valve stem seal issues, and sometimes the guides wear out as well. We've had a few cars that got seals done, and were worn out again in less than 10k miles. Had to send the heads to the machine shop for new valve guides. Also the rear main seals and the rear end coolant covers tend to leak. Requires the transmission and flywheel to be removed (AGA sells an updated coolant rear end cover to stop the oil leaking from the oil galley plug on the back of the block). The coolant vent pipe between the cylinder heads leak. Cheap part, but about 4 hours labor at a shop because the alternator has to come out. Upper oil pans leak. Your car is x-drive, so I'd guess 15+ hours labor.
