    FS: 18" Apex EC-7 - Perfect Z3 M Fitment

These are, in my opinion, the best wheels available for the E36/7 or /8 bar none. I'm sad to list them, and hope to own another identical set one day soon, but the autocross devil on my shoulder forces me to move to a 17x9 square setup, and I don't have room to store these and the winter-use Roadstars once spring arrives.

    "Race Silver" Apex EC-7
Front: 18x9" ET31 with no spacers
Rear: 18x10.5" ET27 plus 15mm spacers included for perfect fitment
Color matched metal valve stems x4
Tires: Continental Extreme Contact DW - 245 Front, 285 rear

I can get detailed pictures for those interested this weekend, but in the meantime here are some action/teaser shots showing them on the coupe:

Do you have pictures with the rims on the car? What profile are the rims. Do you have wheel spacers up front? What condition are the rims and how many miles on the tires.

    Pics don't work for me.

    How's the tire treadwear?

Also, what're the actual tires sizes? 245/??/18 and 285/??/18

Wheel condition is probably about 9.5/10. I can get better close-up pictures but it will be a few days. Tires have about 15k miles on them and probably have another 5k left but show some wear obviously.

    Tires are 245/35/18 and 285/30/18

Greetings! I was wondering, are these still available? If they are, I'd definitely be interested to maybe take them off your hands! I'm not currently in the region myself, but I'll be in the MKE area sometime in February or March - though I could arrange for someone to come pick them up sooner, too. I'd definitely be interested in seeing some close up pictures though!

Are you still running fender liners with this wheel setup?

Fumanchu282, I am wondering if I may have details on how your 17x9 square setup went. I am looking to go square and that looks like a nice setup. I have V1s with TC Kline / Bilstein rear end, what wheels and tires did you go with?

I went with Apex Arc 8 wheels and Bridgestone RE71-R tires. Here's what they look like. Due to life changes, I haven't been able to autocross much, these have about 10 runs on them total. I would sell them if you're interested.

Looks like you're in Illinois, I'm in Chicago...

I'm running the same ARC8 17 x 9, 245 40 17 ET 30 setup. You need some negative camber up front to run this. I swapped my M strut mounts side to side to get about -2.5 degrees. I'm on TCK SA.

They should. I had a similar setup on mine

10.5ET27 on the back of a non-M? Good luck with that. 9.5ET25 just barely fits with rolled fenders and a lowered car.

I am running 17x10.5 et27 on my rears, its fine. You have very slight poke but I am actually a little surprised its perfect M fitment, As i would have figured it would need a 10mm spacer.

Exactly. It'll poke exactly as much as a stock 9" Roadstar, which is certainly not a perfect fit.

He lists a 15mm spacer in the ad

I think they'd work for a non-M if you are ok with very aggressive fitment. I know people running staggered roadstars on non-M's who are ok with the amount of poke that setup provides

Bumping this for the new season. I've been doing a lot more track work so I'm keeping the Arc-8, but the EC-7 that this thread is about are still for sale
