Question for the Forum.....
Do all BMW's come equipped with a Tire Pressure Monitoring System?
On my 2000 740i, I don't see any means of accesing a TPMS.
Wasn't on my 2001 330cic with every option. Wasn't available yet.

So I called the local BMW dealer and asked about the TPMS on my 2000 740i Sport.
They informed me that my vintage did not come equipped with a individual TPMS.
I'm ok with that, one less thing to go wrong! Lol
The E38 did not come with TPMS in the US. There are wheel speed sensors in each wheel that can sense a speed differential that will trigger the "low tire pressure" warning.

BTW, very nice 740. If you ever want to sell, post it here too

Thanks for the compliment dano1200r.
Just got the vehickle right after xmas and really starting to enjoy it. It has a few issues like any stock 18 year old vehickle would have.
I will be pulling it down this summer to change timing chain guides and refurbish of Vanos (has 155,000 miles on it currently). It will be a challenge but that's ok.
Slowly but surely, I will get the car back into A-1 condition as money and time allows.
