    Bay Area Head Work

    Headgasket blew on my supercharged 95M3, any recommended shops in the bay area that does great/excellent work on checking the head and correction if needed? Also how much should I be looking at for the price? thanks for the help

    where are you located? something like this would run around 15 hour job, so at minimum a shop would charge $1500 just for labor. what is your budget? there are a few shops out there in the south bay to east bay that are well known.

    Actually the head is off the car already. Just want to get an idea of where to take it to get checked. Im located in the bay area San Jose.

    Clark's Auto & Machine Shop in Cupertino. Did great work on my M50 head. Was recommended to me by a few big performance shops around here.

    I would call TC Design in Cambell if they can't do the work I am sure they would give you a referral. I have also used Rebello years ago in Antioch- a bit of a drive for you.
