Hi everyone,
I've been a SoCal Coupe owner for almost two years and, due to scheduling challenges have missed previous Dorkfests. In an attempt to attend this year, I was wondering if anyone knows the dates/rough location for Dorkfest in 2018 so I can get them blocked off on my calendar. I can't seem to find any posts here and all the Dorkfest-related websites seem to reference previous years.
Are we doing an event this year? If so, what are the dates?
Thanks!
NorCal coupe owner reporting in. I'm interested in a coupe gathering this year as well. I have missed previous Dorkfests/Zfests and would love to attend.
If nothing else, it would be fun to get a group of coupes together around Bimmerfest this year.

Would love to fly out or drive out for it again.. funny enough, just spoke with Mark Rand (Sitdownrando) about this a few days ago
Isn't it being hosted in Mesa, Arizona this year?

Well, I flew down to Phoenix to drive my M Coupe back to California, I could probably find my way back to Arizona if I had to.

I’d love to take my Coupe back to visit Arizona. Or a gathering for Bimmerfest. Or whatever. Let’s hang out!
I'm down for a Phoenix gathering! Question is do we organize it for before summer kicks in (as in very soon), or do we wait until Sept.-Oct.?

With 2017 being canceled in favor of Zfest, and no mention by the organizers of a 2018 event it isn’t looking promising. No reason not to organize an event in your area, though. I’ve done so several times in Oregon and Washington.
My vote is Sept-Oct in AZ. We should be moved out there by then.
I may just have to create a new Z event here in Socal!!!

Need dates hopefully. Won't have the coupe across but I'd like to fly out with the Mrs. to enjoy the gathering.
