Hi everyone, we're new to this car, just have it since 2 weeks and haven't poked around under the hood.
Didn't have any problems with the car so far, but today it it 'coughed' and ran rough with less power after. Shaking a bit above certain RPM. We're in Canada, so it's cold, but it wasn't crazy cold and the car was warmed up when it happened.
Hooked up a generic OBDII reader tonight. I don't have a specific BMW code reader yet.
The code it showed was a P0305, Misfire in cylinder #5.
I've attached some pics of the detailed data readings, maybe somebody can tell me if they see a red flag in one of the data given?!

there is one more image, I'll add that in the reply post, it will only allow me to add 5 pictures in the post here.

Here is the 6th picture of the readings. Sorry for the quality, it was already dark by the time we were able to hook up the reader.

Never mind the post.
I switched the #5 and #6 coils and the error moved with the coil, P0306 showed up after the coil was switched.
Replaced all coils, even though only the one was throwing errors, and replaced all the spark plugs at the same time.
Car is new to us and who knows how old everything is, has 130k on it.
Runs great since then.
