Hey guys! Bmw e39 523i 98/06. Lately my car has a big loss in power, and when I say big, I mean a lot. These two codes are MAF and crankshaft sensor. What could be faulty, and no dont suggest changing the crank sensor it's been changed recently, maybe the connections or something?(cant test its under the collector) or maybe the MAF is just causing this code, the MAF was cleaned, although it could be the culprit, and could need changing, but dont want just to buy it install it and have it not fixed anything. Can't really get fuel trims from INPA for some reason, theres no page with those values at MS41(M52B25), but I did see a lot of people access lambda and fuel trims on other models through INPA, maybe I am doing something wrong. Any suggestions for my problem?

A quick test for the MAF is to unplug it & start the engine.
If it runs the same with or without the MAF plugged in, then it (the MAF) needs replacing.
If it runs worse without the MAF plugged in, then chances are it's not the MAF.
