    Throttle lag

I've had my 328i for 2 years. I put a sprint booster on it a year ago and it's somewhat improved. I drive it most of the time is DS mode with the Sprint booster in green mode. It's mostly better, shifts really high once and a while but that's not that bad. The worst part is the long lag when rolling through a stop sign (or an action like that) and stepping on the gas........wait.......then it hits. I do the throttle reset once a week or so.....

I'm thinking about the bms juice box, might be better? Or Autowerks?

It could be so much better...... Once and a while I drive it in normal mode with the Sprint booster off...... I can't believe they sold these cars like that.....

Is there a better fix out there? I love a lot of things about this car, not the fueling.

I’d check to see if there’s an update to the engine computer (DME) software. No, you don’t have to go to a dealer. A well equipped independent shop that specializes in bimmers can tell you if the software is up to date. Also, did you scan the DME and the automatic tranny computer (EGS) (if it’s a automatic) did codes?

An engine control module tune from a knowledgeable tuner will improve it all. Adding devices like sprint booster are just bandaid type fixes to modify the signal in the engine ecu, but the ecu is the source of the programmed lag, purposefully for 'comfort'... Comfort, because it's what consumers asked for.
