Curious what do you think about the followings.
I have this piece hanging at the bottom of engine bay. Any idea what this could be? Why nothing in it? Looks like a cable or hose holder perhaps.

More going on the pictures below:
- quite a lot of oil at circled part. Any idea where it could be coming from? It's between the engine and transmission.
- what hoses are the ones marked with arrows? Shall I replace them? If yes, are they difficult to replace?

The first item is a bracket that helps hold up the engine splash shield, which I can't tell if you have installed. It is also very bent out of shape.
The second is the mating area between the engine and transmission. You will want to ascertain which type of oil is leaking, but either way you may have to remove the transmission to get to the corresponding shaft seal.
I believe those are transmission cooler hoses. AFAIK they are not very fun or cheap to replace.
