Code 1188 fuel bank 1

Yesterday i started the car and it had ths CEL on, checked the code and came up 1188 fuel bank 1. Today the car started normally and light was off. Oxigen sensor?

Only code pending and stored. Had a auxiliary air code in november, but it was a bad vacuum solenoid, air pump, and diverter valve ( both due to the vacuum solenoid.....)

Car is a 98 528i

Oh, it happened when the temp was around -10c, also thinking it might be the CCV. How to test it? I removed the oil fill cap, rpms stumbled like it was going to turn off, put the cap back on and it kept as normal.

Sounds like you had a temporary clog in the CVV system from cold-weather condensation, based on that 1188 code. If your outdoor temps are above 0c, taking it for a long ride (30 - 60 minutes) at full engine operating temps will sometimes clear things out.

Thanks, it did clear, temp went to 10c today...

Yes, but i am from the world system, easier than degree F.
To me anything below 60f is cold, and in C feels colder.
