Boost m50b25 (2800cc) , hydraulic lifter and power

    Hello here my engine config:

    -wiseco 8:1 pistons
    -eagle conrod
    -kingracing bearing
    -stroke 84 bore 84 (2800 cc)
    -megasquirt 2 pnp k-data
-gt35 turbo non official (0.68 exhaust ar) t4 flange with obx t4 exhaust collector
    -525 delphi injectors
-76 mm downpipe, 70 mm exhaust

now at 1.35 bar i dynoed before 530 hp ..and now car went down to 440 450 hp, and i do not know why.

i run 10w60 valvoline oil, but i listen my engine noising and ticking , usual hydraulic lifter noise.

    Now the main question:

Can hydraulic lifter affect engine power, or the make only noise without stealing power to engine?

    thanks
