What setups are you guys using for m50 manifold installed on a FI setup? I have seen someone mention getting fittings from Home Depot and DIY it, but the TRM kit looks like it has everything put together.
Pics of setup would be much appreciated. I want to delete my CCV as wel.

Epoxy everything that “clips” especially the icv area. I did this + zip ties so no funny business and even filled in the useless plastic barb for the oem oil separator and also filled in the clip in recessed barb for the FPR.
Someone also makes an aluminum replacement for the icv clip-in piece, not sure who but it looks slick.
Invest in the silicon boost-proof icv setup from Max PSI as boost leaks below the mani are frustrating.
Though pictured, I regret doing the bottom rear barb for the oem FPR since I went to an aftermarket one up front... just extra hose now

One thing i did i removed the plastic thats inbetween the length on the runners i just used a dremel and some sand paper. Its been like this for 10 plus years and it has not not caused any stress cracks or fractures. I thought it might help with any hot air thats trapped under the manifold.
I originally put a barb on the underside like you and I regret it. Once you start boost leak testing those are going to be really hard to hear or spray soapy water on to observe for leaks.
Its best to make them as accessible as possible for that reason alone.
Butters placement is probably ideal with all three near the brake booster line.
If you need an additional spot, you could use the front foremost of the manifold where there's that little circle that looks like a star for the BOV. Its on the side facing the front of the car when the manifold is installed. see pic

Nice! Yes that’s a good spot up front, next time I pull the mani had planned on tapping that spot to run to the FPR and seal up the old spot in the back.

took me 3 manifolds before to get where I'm at now and I still have leaks. Drives me crazy. Epoxied ICV connector is leaking now
Going to be picking up a forth for the last time here soon.
There have been several attempts at building full aluminum intake for FI, any success stories out there?

Here's a dumb question: At what power level does the step from the M52 manifold to the M50 manifold really begin to pay big dividends with a turbo?
It's a foregone conclusion that you should always swap, but at low power levels so far my M52 manifold seems great. The engine seems to make really nice power for such low boost as I've been running, and the responsiveness is very nice.
Can you be more detailed about this? It's hard to know from that if you have good information, or are just trolling.
The big gains are at higher RPM. Your turbo car will feel fast, well cause its a turbo car. But the m50 flows an ass load more air than the m52, so at higher rpm, your power will continue to rise where your m52 manifold is choking in comparison. Let er eat ! Air and fuel.

To help with reducing leaks over time install nipples in stiffer areas. Less flex, less leak.
Yes the m50 swells.
I like installing nipples at the front corner between the ribs. Epoxy with npt. Use a step-less bit and then run the npt fittings in with a drill.
