    ProClip phone mount anyone?

Does anybody here use one of the ProClip phone mounts for their E39?

I see they got 2-3 different mounting options but I hate blocking an air vent or placing the phone very low in the interior.

    Anybody here using one?

I was using one that I had mounted under the left side of the trim on the pass side.
I modified it so I could mount my GPS on it.

I use the one that blocks the air vent. They are very durable and doesn't really affect air conditioning. I wouldn't want it in any other spot as it is the perfect location to be able to quickly glance at when using my GPS. I highly recommend it. Doesn't look bad to me.

Do you have any pictures of this?

I do agree the spot is good but currently I have a mount in the CD player area which is good too and you still get to use both vents. I’m still debating.

I'm so close to just suction-cup mounting a phone mount to my nav screen, but I suspect it could damage it...

Here's a pic of the mount I hacked up to mount my GPS on.
