Remote unlock/lock wont work.
Car starts normally.
Manual lock/unlock door works.
All fuses OK (fuse 53 checked)
Inside car central locking (big button) works normal.
Fuel door actuator works.
Radio works normally.
Here are some photos and questions if someone can explain.
NOTE: I also measured with multimeter and it seems that i don't have 12 ≅ Volts in none of these wires.

Any Ideas/Suggestions?

Battery in your key? I'd check that first.

Forgot to mention. New battery in both keys, tested and 3 Volts both. Also tested keys buttons. They work perfectly.
I also know how to program keys, and i did that in past, but that didn't help either.

How is the car's main battery? I believe the E39's have a failsafe where it won't let the remote lock work if the main car battery is low. It should be ~12.5v while in sleep mode.

Bought brand new car Battery 2 days ago. 100 Ah. Everything else in car works perfectly.
I had this, everything worked fine except the remote key locking. It turned out to be the bootlid wiring had chafed and broken in the rubber concertina where the boot wiring feeds into the car! Didn’t make any sense to me but worth a look.
