So quick update:
Pulled the old LCM, took it apart, no sign of any damage and looks like new, hmmmm, lets hope its a resistor or something?
Took the instrument cluster apart, again all looks good and nothing obvious.
Put it back in and again no display, wiggled the connectors and bingo display worked but still not fixed the lack of check control and lights ect.
On the plus side the majority of my dead pixels came back to life so that was a result :-)
So now still thinking LCM but also some issues with the connections on the IKE.
See what happens with the replacement LCM
Yes - could easily be dealing with a "double unrelated failure" situation.

Fitted the replacement LCM, used part from Ebayland, bit of coding and bingo all good, yay :-)
So there we have it a dead LCM, so relieved that's all it was !!

I am extremely sorry to revive an old thread. I’m having the exact same issue, but it’s intermittent!
Everything would work perfectly fine, and then randomly I’d lose turn signal and high beam indicators on the dash. They would work/not work randomly. No way to replicate the issue.
