    My BMW 740 is speeding on my own

    My Bmw is presenting an anomaly that I believe. When you activate, it will accelerate only, getting in a thousand laps without normalization. Walking on the road, the same happens. As you remove your foot from the accelerator, the car continues to accelerate. Has anyone ever experienced this? Any solution?

    This has happened before when the throttle cable bushings fall apart and the cable pulls away and can accelerate the car.

    Remove your accoustical cover and check these:

    Throttle cable adjusters:




    Throttle cable bushings removed:




    aftermarket aluminum throttle bushing mod:
