    New Tires

Replacing my old Toyo Proxy T1 tires. About 17 years old with tons of tread left but the compound must be shot by now.
What are you guys suggesting these days?
Im running 16" BBS, tire size 225/50ZR/16 rear and 205/55ZR/16 front.
    Any input appreciated.

    Thx, Iain.

I was looking at Firestone Firehawk Indy's for an aggressive summer tire. I like Tirerack for their reviews and rating system, along with their website layout.

Agree with the Conti's. I liked 'em so much, they are now my rain tire on the track car.

Love mine, 3rd season coming up, 225/50/16 with the H&R's and Bilsten shorts. They work great.

If u can get Michelin Pilot sport 4 in those sizes get them. U won’t find a moderately priced tyre that has the wet/dry/noise/wear/price equation perfected. The only downside is there is too much grip making the cars handling limits too high to have safe fun

    Thanks for the reply.
I have checked out the Michelin Super Sport and the Pilot Sport however they do not come in 16" inch.

Toyo proxes 1 are a nice option also. They grip pretty well in a straight line and wet handling is really good. These toyo tires are smooth on the highway also.

Michelin.ca (Canada) dont have either tire in 16''.
The Pilot Sport start at 18" and the Super Sport at 17''
Considering the BFG (same company) G Force Comp-2
