    Suspension

When i purchased my car it came with a 5 lug swap. e36 m3 front and z3 read. the front has green springs which i believe are lowering springs. the ride quality is pretty shitty if i知 being honest. i知 thinking of going to stock e36 m3 springs. would that change/improve the ride quality?

New dampers would probably make more of a difference but you may want to swap them all for a tried and proven set up

I think coil overs should be done on all corners but I'm no expert on them.

You're going to have to 1. Decide what type of ride comfort and ride height you're looking for, and then 2. See what springs meet those criteria. Having the mixed bag of suspension pieces may make getting a set of springs a headache or may not; I'm no expert on that particular setup. Just make sure when you do research, you do it for e30s and not e36s; the e30 is a lighter car, and thus needs lighter springs.
