N62 P0401 Insufficient air flow? Could I be this lucky?

Ready to pull the intake to replace the Sec air flow hose i found this vacuum leak. He circled hose that was disconnected at the intake tube. Would it cause my P0401 code?
Code only popped up since winter.
I bought this car from an independent dealer last year and this is the first maintance issue I had to look at.

That's not going to cause a secondary air flow code.

And replacing the hose under the intake will only fix your problem if the hose is cracked or broken. What's more likely is the secondary air passages in the heads are clogged. That's going to require pulling the heads off and drilling out the passages. Basically a partial engine rebuild. That's why everyone recommends staying away from the 545, 645, and 745. Just not worth the hassle.

Did a smoke test on the tube and it was not cracked.
Found that the vac hose goes to the CCV.
